Hi! I'm Katie.
When I was younger I never fully felt like I fit in. I got sick a lot and was always really sensitive to my environment. Feeling “other” led me on a path of self-discovery which has included: a decade of yoga practice and instruction, years of mindfulness training, developing close relationships with healers and spiritual teachers, receiving a Master’s degree in Integrative Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and building a private coaching team and speaking practice.
My personal and professional life experiences have inspired an overwhelming curiosity to understand why we—as human beings—continue to lose touch with our personal truth and intuition over and over again. My work is dedicated to sharing, teaching, and empowering you to reconnect with your own inner knowing in order to be your happiest, healthiest, and most balanced self.
Working with a life coach will transform you. You will learn practical and easy-to-implement tools that will support you in creating change, building resiliency and reclaiming your whole self. Utilizing these findings, we will develop an individualized roadmap to help guide you in becoming your best self. Katie and her team work with clients all over the world.
